General Return Policy

Can I return my bundle if I'm not satisfied?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all CleanPod bundles. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your bundle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What condition does the bundle need to be in for a return?

All units in the bundle must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please include all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials that came with your bundle.

Do I need to return all units in the bundle?

Yes, bundle returns must include all units from the pack. If you purchased a 2-pack or 3-pack, all units must be returned together to receive a full refund. We cannot accept partial bundle returns.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without authorization.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my bundle for a different size?

Absolutely! If you purchased a 2-pack but need a 3-pack (or vice versa), we're happy to help you exchange. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

What if one unit in my bundle is defective?

If one unit in your bundle arrives defective or becomes defective within the warranty period, we'll replace just that unit—you don't need to return the entire bundle. Contact us with details and we'll send a replacement unit right away.

Can I exchange my bundle for single units instead?

Yes, you can exchange your bundle for individual units, though please note you'll receive the value of the bundle purchase, not the individual unit pricing. Contact our team to discuss your specific needs.

Shipping & Costs

Who pays for return shipping?

If you're returning due to a defect or our error, we'll cover return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

How long does it take to process a bundle return?

Once we receive your returned bundle, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

Will I get my discount code refunded too?

Yes! If you used a discount code (like BUNDLE2PACK) on your purchase, your refund will reflect the actual amount you paid, including the discount.

Special Situations

What if my bundle arrives damaged?

Please inspect your bundle upon delivery. If any units arrive damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send replacements or arrange a full return at no cost to you.

Can I return one unit and keep the others?

Unfortunately, no. Bundles are sold as complete sets at a discounted price, so all units must be returned together. However, if one unit is defective, we'll replace just that unit under warranty.

What if I opened and used one unit but not the others?

For a full refund, all units must be unused and in original packaging. If you've used one unit, the bundle is no longer eligible for return. However, defective units are always covered under our warranty regardless of use.

I bought bundles as gifts—can recipients return them?

Yes! Gift recipients can return bundles within 30 days. We'll issue store credit or exchange for another product. If you'd like the refund sent to the original purchaser, please have them contact us directly.

Warranty Information

Are bundles covered by warranty?

Yes! Each unit in your bundle is covered by our standard 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Does the warranty cover all units in the bundle?

Absolutely. Each CleanPod unit has its own individual warranty coverage, whether purchased as a bundle or separately.
